Existing clients are welcome to install UVNC to allow us to remotely support their desktops and servers. This service is included with our commercial maintenance agreement, but otherwise is billed hourly.

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Call our support line at 925-351-5323 and describe your problem
   If no one is available when you call, please submit a trouble ticket and wait for their return call.
2. The support rep will instruct you which server to select below:
   1. Server 1
   2. Server 2
   3. Server 3
   4. Server 4
   5. Server 5
   6. Server 6
   7. Server 7
   8. Server 8
   9. Server 9
   10. Server 10
3. Download, open (run) then click Connect

From this point the rep will be able to remote control your PC. At any time you can disconnect by pressing Exit. Once the applet closes we will not be able to remote control your PC again until you run the applet again.
